- Very helpful!! I ordered this to help my daughter get ready for the test and boost her confidence in math
- I took a little longer to review because I wanted my Grandson to go through the guide also since he is in this age range. I felt like he would be a very good gauge for determining if this guide is realistic for kids in his age range. We both went through it and then I asked him some of the questions in the guide and he told me correctly, and also said this guide was easy to follow, easy to read and very helpful with its tips on preparation. Funny thing is, I felt the same way from my older adult view and only wished this kind of help were available when I was that age. The guide is great, language not complicated and the tips are laid out in very useful ways.

Overall this book was a hit! I love the format. STARRs test is a ways away for us but we decided this was the perfect opportunity to start studying for it. I wish i had of obtained one for him for all grades that take the STARR test. I’d recommend any 8th grade student taking the STARRs test this year to invest in this book. They won’t be disappointed. - My favorite part of this product is the practice test questions. There are 42 questions that give you the chance, as the student, to test your knowledge. After the questions, there is a breakdown explaining the answers for each and every question. If I had any questions, the explanations answered them and I was able to immediately understand what I need to still work on.

The student can take the test at the end of the chapter and then look back for an explanation of areas of weakness. Worth the time and money!
